A Child Is Missing (ACIM)
The Cabot Police Department has also teamed up the A Child Is Missing (ACIM) organization that will help us immediately broadcast information by telephone in the immediate area where someone (child, teen and elderly) has become missing.
A Child Is Missing (ACIM) is a non-profit organization offering free assistance to law enforcement to aid in recovering missing persons (including children, teens and elderly). They provide immediate telephone alerts to the surrounding community when an individual goes missing.
Activated by Law Enforcement
The Morgan Nick Amber Alert and the A Child Is Missing (ACIM) organizations can only be activated by law enforcement.
