With a trade area of over 150k people, Cabot is the fastest growing region in Arkansas.  The City has been proactive in cultivating residential areas, developing commercial sites, and investing in community development. As families and businesses move to the area, the City of Cabot continues to support the existing real estate and new residential growth. In April 2023*, the median listing home price in Cabot, AR was $285K, trending up 15.6% year-over-year. The median listing home price per square foot was $137 and the median home sold price was $187K*.  The North Lonoke County Housing Report details the new construction that has been approved in the area from January 2020 to June 2023.  Many of these projects are in various stages of completion, and will continue to support the increase need for housing in the region.
